The Neighborhood Traffic Management Program provides a process for citizens to partner with Traffic Engineering to assess and address neighborhood traffic concerns related to vehicle speed and volume.
To start the process, citizens simply contact the division through LexCall 311 and request traffic calming or submit an NTMP application.
Outcomes from the NTMP process can range from additional signage to installation of traffic calming features. Some interventions (e.g., speed table) have a cost share component; others do not.
