This is a work book to be filled out in addition to the Commercial application for applicants to obtain commercial permits that fall into the category that has this requirement.
New Residential Plan Review
This form is used as a checklist to know what is needed for a submission for permit for a new residential single family construction permit.
New Residential Single Family/Duplex application
This form is used to obtain general information from an applicant that is wishing to apply for a permit to build a new Single Family House or Duplex. (This included townhomes)
